Adoption Certificate
Adoption Certificate: This is sometimes referred to as a Certificate of Adoption, and is the official document that is signed by the Judge at the time of the finalization of the adoption, which triggers a new birth certificate to be issued for the adopted child by the Department of Vital Records, showing the adoptive parents as though they were the original biological parents of the child, so that this new birth certificate can be inserted in the public records in place of original birth certificate.Find more information on Adoption Certificate
